I find LoyaltyLion easy to use, and I like the different options for earning points. I find the dashboard for statistics particularly helpful. Additionally, the customer service responds quickly and competently. The initial setup was very easy, especially with a dedicated person for onboarding and setting up the points system.

We use Loyalty Lion at LANX to encourage more frequent orders and create excitement. We use Loyalty Lion regularly day to day, and because it’s integrated with our Shopify POS system, it’s very simple to use. We can easily view, access, and redeem a customer’s loyalty credits, and we now see credits being redeemed in over 50% of all in-store purchases. It performs quickly and efficiently and is absolutely worth it.
